Kier Property and CTP Limited have been selected to redevelop Pall Mall Exchange which will quadruple the city’s supply of Grade A+ office space by creating 400,000 sq ft of new high quality Grade A office space over three new buildings.

A major Award Winning 70,000 sq.m. Sheffield City Centre regeneration project contributing to the ‘The Heart of The City’ initiative, one of the City’s ‘Magnificent Seven’ regeneration projects to drive the Regional Economy through the re-vitalisation of Sheffield City Centre.
Phase 1 consisted of an 8,000 sq.m. office building, pre let to DLA Piper, Cafe Rouge, Cafe Nero and Piccolino. Also within the first phase an adjacent site was sold to Mecure Hotels and extensive Public Realm works were completed integrating into the adjoining Millennium Galleries and Winter Gardens.
The second phase in the Sheffield city centre development that has transformed the heart of the city through impressive buildings and insopiring public realm. 2 St Pauls Place was a speculative development of a ‘BREEAM Excellent’ 7,200 sq.m office building with ground floor leisure and retail. This building was sold following practical completion to the Secretary of State for the Department of Education.
This phase of development also comprised the award winning 'Cheese Grater' car park, a 450 space multi storey car park, developed and pre-let to Q Parks. On the lower ground floor level of the car park a large leisure unit was created and pre-let to Stanley Casino.
An adjacent plot within the masterplan was sold to City Lofts for a 32 storey, 300 apartment residential tower, which was delivered in partnership with Conran Partners. A true sense of place has been created through the completion of this second phase with café bars and restaurants spilling out onto the extensive public realm, complimented by public art, the large fountains to Peace Gardens and the direct link into the Winter Gardens.
